More Spanish Radio Ads Urging Latinos To Vote

Adding to the collection of ads previously compiled, I was forwarded these ads that were produced by NDN.  Via Latinovations:

A leading progressive think tank and advocacy organization, NDN, announced the launch of a campaign of radio ads […] in Colorado and Nevada urging Latino voters to cast their ballots in early voting and two new ads in an on-going campaign in Arizona that mention Gov. Jan Brewer and Sheriff Joe Arpaio as reasons Latinos need to come out and vote.

The radio ads are part of NDN’s effort to motivate Latino voters to exercise their voting rights.  The Arizona ads cite the actions by Brewer and Arpaio as motivating factors for Latinos to vote.  The speaker can be heard saying that the two have “crossed the line” by blaming Latinos for all types of problems and says Latinos have to do something to change the hostile environment these two elected officials have created.

In Arizona, the “Scape Goat” theme is being used.  Listen:

You can listen to more ads airing in Arizona here.

The ads are also airing in Colorado urging people to vote early and to visit justvotecolorado.com for more information:

In Nevada one of the ads reminds people of the excitement of election night 2008:

I’m afraid I’ll still be waiting come election night, though.
